our first trip

The day (2/24/07) Maybe and I reconnected he mentioned something in passing, when we were discussing our mutual friends (Helaine, Mary, Scott, Yoon, Lauren) on the east coast. Something like, "Hey that would be cool if we went out and visited them." I was a bit taken aback, but didn't think too much of it (except maybe that he was sending out a vibe of sorts).

3/10/07 was our first date. On our 9th date (yes I calendar obsessively) on 4/1/07 he suggested that we take the trip. Like really. He wanted to go in May. I thought to myself, "wow this boy is moving fast." But truth be told I really didn't mind. So we began to make plans.

We leave tonight for DC. Tuesday we take a Chinatown bus to NYC and come back on 8/4/07.
